As an instructor at Millington Central High School, I am highly committed to the educational advancement of the broadcasting students enrolled in the Broadcasting Program and on The Trojan TV Show.

The broadcasting students are truly a natural born leaders in and outside the classroom. The students serve in multiple roles in the program this 2015-2016 school year such as:  The Television Station Manager, News Director, News Manager, News Anchors, News Reporters, News Photographers and News Editors for the Trojan Television Show. The broadcasting students have continuously excelled and grew professionally in the following areas:

All of the broadcasting students have shown that they are some of the most talented artists to ever grace the campus of Millington Central High School. They have shown that they knows how to prioritize his time and go the extra mile to produce great quality work in a group setting for the Trojan Television Show and as an individual worker on various assignments filmmaking projects for competitions.

As their mentor, I can truly say that they are teachable and willing to accept any suggestions. They have high expectations for their future as Filmmakers/Journalists and as well as a creative artist. They works well with others and are awesome student teachers that helps many of their fellow classmates with valuable insight on creative production techniques for various projects. The management staff students are positive role models who are destine for success and I am so proud of their dedicated spirits. I truly care about all of my broadcasting students becoming productive citizens, rising above their circumstances to reach out and help society through the communications industry.

FILM

“Television bookmarks our lives, preserves moments in time that trigger memories of what we were doing when historic events occurred. Its images and sounds touch our emotions, connect us with world events, and help us prepare for natural disasters with weather reports using equipment so sensitive, it tracks storm movements block by block. We are entertained, informed, influenced and motivated to action by TV.
